Commpolar Releases a New Optical Splitter Testing System

In 2022, Commpolar Company launched the latest testing plan for optical splitter (PLC) devices. This plan covers devices with different spectral ratios and can support testing for different wavelengths.

The CPLC200 testing system is designed specifically for single-station supporting devices, allowing for testing of insertion loss, polarization-related loss, return loss, directionality, and other related parameters. It supports an array of different wavelengths, including 1270, 1310, 1490, 1550, 1577, 1625, and 1650nm.

With a single fiber fusion, the CPLC200 testing system can complete parameter testing for devices such as insertion loss, polarization-related loss, square return loss, and more. Additionally, it uses incoherent light source technology to test the input and output return losses of devices effectively and accurately.

Using high-speed testing devices, the CPLC200 testing system is currently the fastest PLC testing system in the industry, taking only 12 seconds to test all wavelengths and parameters. Moreover, it supports accurate testing of bare wire devices and connector splitters.
