Commpolar released ONU full workstation solution

In 2022, Commpolar Company unveiled its latest PON testing plan, offering a comprehensive solution for the production processes of FTTH and FTTR ONU and covering all aspects of production.

This one-stop solution includes WIFI calibration testing for ONU PCBA, along with testing fixtures for shielding boxes and workstations. The program also provides production information writing, verification of production information, hardware and software version number checks, LED testing, VOIP testing, button testing, and more.

The software supports calibration and testing of BOB optical components and is compatible with all solutions for GPON, EPON, XGPON, and XGSPON. This production process produces more than 350 pieces per hour per person.

Yanhao Company offers Ethernet throughput testing for ONU network ports, supporting throughput testing for up to 96 ports and producing over 400 pieces per person per hour. Additionally, WIFI coupling testing is provided to test the antenna transmission power of ONU.
